Discover our approach03 — PREPARED WITH CARE
The flavour of our fish starts with selected ingredients, a thoughtful cure and careful storage.
We select fish from suppliers in Norway, France and Scotland and fly it to Tashkent.
We use a delicate cure for lightly salted fish and natural wood chips for smoked specialities. Each product card identifies the preparation method.
We check incoming fish and monitor production, packaging and storage conditions for finished products.

It is our delicately cured salmon category, available sliced or as a portion. The Russian names “лосось слабой соли” and “слабосолёный лосось” refer to this same category. Check the product card and pack for the ingredients.
150 g slices are convenient for sandwiches, croissants, salads and egg breakfasts. A portion lets you choose slice thickness and serving size. A 1 kg pack suits restaurants, catering and daily meal production.
Lightly salted salmon is prepared by curing. Cold-smoked salmon also undergoes smoking, which gives it its characteristic aroma. Both are listed under Salmon, with the preparation method shown on each product card.
